We will examine your relationship with alcohol and how it is impacting your life. Hypnosis to assist you and Solution Focused Brief therapy including tools to reduce or quit alcohol. In addition material to support you. Please note this is a course for Grey area drinkers and not clients who are physically dependent on alcohol. Please check with your primary health provider if you are unsure.
