Most of us know how it feels to be stressed, worried or nervous about something. Whether it’s family stresses, relationship challenges or you just can’t seem to keep up with your to-do list, feelings of anxiety can be triggered by a whole host of events.

Usually, these feelings are fleeting and they disappear as quickly as they appear. If you’re suffering from anxiety however, these feelings last longer and can be much more intense.

If you’re suffering from anxiety, you may be experiencing a number of symptoms, including headaches, chest pain, difficulties sleeping, faster breathing, restlessness and nausea.

 

Or it may be that you’re avoiding certain situations as you’re worried they might trigger your anxiety, which is stopping you from living life to the full.

How I can help

In our first session we’ll discuss what you hope to gain from Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, the feelings of anxiety you’re experiencing, and how these are affecting your day-to-day life. Together we’ll agree the best approach for you, and the number of sessions you’ll need.

Then we’ll explore these feelings of anxiety in more depth. We’ll discover the source of the anxiety and discuss ways in which we can alleviate these feelings to help you lead a happier life.

As I then gently guide you into hypnosis, your mind will relax and absorb what we’ve discussed. It will become more open to positive suggestion, helping you to overcome your feelings of anxiety.

​

You may find that you only need one or two sessions to help you understand why you feel this way and what you can do to cope, or you may need more – we can agree this together.
